how many miles are to many

so my freind is looking into an ls1 that everything is gonna be changed on at some point. suspension etc. so how high of mileage car would guys go up to. hes found a few 99s with like 107k? to many miles? any help would be great thanks

It's too many miles when it stops running. Like mentioned, there are several threads on this subject. I'm going 128,000+ myself.

Yeah I'm at 140k and running good. Just depends on how the car has been maintained
