A couple questions about a '94 Formula I'm looking at...
First is the price. The car is in great shape, no mechanical problems. 80k miles. It's a local guy that goes to my college and is in my car club. He said he was planning on asking $6200 (it isn't actually for sale yet, but I am looking so he told me about it). Is it worth that, or is that high? Or low maybe? lol I was looking for about $5k or under, but it's fairly close so he told me about it.
Second is, he said every once in a while the SES light will come on. It's the only things he knows of on the car that is wrong. He said he checked it out with a computer one time and it said it was an EGR malfunction of some sort. Is that something to be worried about, or is it not really a problem?

I would try to talk him down on the price a little. The EGR malfunction could just be buildup in the tube. I have heard of taking the EGR tube off and blowing it out with and air hose and not having anymore problems.

Hmm... ok. The reason I like the idea of this one more than others is because the guy is in my car club and I know how he treats the thing. I saw it last fall and it was almost perfect still, so thats a big plus.
