Alright so i have an 01 SOM SS i know there where only 170 of these made from everything i can find on the net. Anyway if there any way to find out what number my car is? thanks for any help

good luck, i have a 01 WS6 SOM t top m6 they only made 195 of this combo, I've tried almost everything to find out it's sequence, but no luck. I emailed ASC for my Firebird and they gave me their number, not what I was looking for. I dunno, maybe try emailing SLP

The only thing I've been able to find is the order number that the SS's were built in. I haven't been able to find specific build numbers for specific colors. IIRC I heard someone say that what your looking for was not closely tracked or recorded so i think your probably SOL. Not trying to be an ***, but I just don't think those records are out avaible.

Just shows how unpopular auto's where. They made 234 SOM SS's with M6's. 37 SSconvert M6's and 44 SSconvert auto's. Let's not forget to mention the 895 SOM V6's. In total SOM was 4.8% of 01 Camaros. hehe
