rear bumper removal

Default rear bumper removal

how do you take the back bumper off a trans am?

i opened the trunk, took out the tail lights and those black clips, i took them out. I see a screw behind both wheel wells but i dont think thats enough..Anywhere else?

You could just jack the car up and tape it off. Probably the easiest way to do it.

pull matting away from the tail lights(interior). Un screw the plastic wing nuts holding the tail lights on the car. Pop out the plastic rivets that you'll see once the tail lights are off(exterior).

On the side inside the car pull it away as much as possible and you'll uncover some bolts.

Also get underneath the car and you'll find the plastic rivets holding the bumper on.
