what gears am I running??? How do i find out what kind of gears I am running? It's a 1999 Trans Am A4, would i be running 2.73, 3.23, or 3.73 and where would I find this out? Appreciate the help.

It's going to be either 2.73 or 3.23. You can find out by checking the SPID sticker on the inside edge of the driver's side door. You will see a little white sticker with your VIN number on the top and lots of 3 digit RPO (Regular Production Order/Option) codes.
Look for either GU2 (2.73 gears) or GU5 (3.23 gears).

Jack the end of the car up and spin the driveshaft one turn. Watch the tire and count how many times the wheel goes around. If it goes a little over four times, you have 4.10s. If if goes 3 1/4 you have 3.23s, ect. That is about the easiest way to find out.
