Fully functional Ram AIR hood

Question Fully functional Ram AIR hood

i've got a 99z and i want a ram air hood but i want one fully functional like the oem one
every site i find hoods on the hood rams air but just straight down on the engine it is not re-routed to the lid like the oem hood
anyone find one like the oem????Please help!!!Thanks

you might just want to find on ebay....and go from there

SLP has one, Ultra Z I believe is fully functional.

You can also always buy an OEM SS hood from GM.

well i did some searching on ebay and i found a co called Pershing Auto Body Parts in IL that sells an oem fully functional ram air hood for 399.99 +115 for shipping and they acutally have pics of top and underneath so you can see for yourself what it is and not just taking the manufacture's word for it. thats cheaper then just the hood with all of the other dealers and they werent even oem like these
Ultra Z is ugly IMO but thanks

Think of the fitment though. That is the issue with aftermarket hoods. Some company's hoods fit like ****, some fit better. You will spend time adjusting it though no matter what.

But time adjusting versus the 1,500 you would pay from GM. It will cost maybe 600 from ebay and a few hours of work and 900 to spend on something else .

I am in the same boat as you.
