Default Removing tint?

I need suggestions on the easiest way to remove the tint from my side windows? I got pulled over Thursday because my tint was too dark. They were 15% and the max allowable is 32% so they definately have to go to avoid a $143 ticket every time I pass a cop with a tint gauge. Also, how long will it take to take the tint off both sides?

real easy. Just take a razor blade and peel a corner. Then start pulling. you may get thin strips or you may get lucky and take it off in big sheets. Either way its not hard.

oh and half hour tops...

Once u peel the tint it will leave behind the glue, use brake fluid and smear it on the window and let it sit for abut a minute and the glue will come off very easily with a razor blade

Ammonia will take care of the glue without risking damage to your paint and plastics like brake fluid would. Also, I think you can use ammonia to loosen the glue before the tints are even off. No guarantees on the second part though.

Start peeling from a corner to get the tint off, make sure you do it en an even and constant motion so you don't end up with chunks of tint on there, then i used windex and a razor blade to get the adhesive off. It wasn't very fun and I will definitely be bringing it in somewhere to get it removed next time.

Did it to my gf's car in about 10 mins. Razor blade with some soapy water in a spray bottle and you are good. Use to do it all the time when i worked at a Car Audio store.
