Default Where tobuy a SS Hood?

My hood was damaged during a storm and don't feel like paying $1800 for a GM hood, but I don't wont some knock off that I have to cut the hell out of to fit. just wanderin some reputable sites to buy from? thanks guys!

They have them for a little over $1000. It's OEM and the cheapest you'll find a new OEM SS hood for.

Other than that you'd be very lucky if you found a good aftermarket SS hood. Mine is aftermarket and it is slightly off but not much. I got lucky.

Or you can also get a 3" ss hood from vfnfiberglass for about $500 and shipping. I'd stick with an OEM SS hood since you have a SS.

i bought a carbon fiber ss hood off of ebay for 700.. it fits really good. the only problem with it is you need to cut out the scoop, and the inside of the hood where the air box is.. all the oem ducting is there to carry the air.... just the holes arent cut. its easy to do though.. takes like 15 minutes if you have a nice cutting wheel.
