for a DD? hell to the no. IF you dont know what your doing you'll crash that bitch. And honestly that would be a gas guzzling POS riding DD, FAST!!! But not practical.

So buy it.

depending on the cam / gearing and other factors - put up a detailed mod list, but it looks like it COULD be a fine DD

I have a heads/cam/intake DD... not the best idea. It was cool when I got it but now I'm going to be putting in a DanaS60 so my rear don't break and get the transmission built. It is going to take a lot of $$ and I'm not sure, I may just get rid of the car, I'm not sure. I'm thinking about the new G8 because I want a more refined vehicle (nicer interior) who knows... I'm single so I may just hold onto it and get a rich wife to buy me a new car.

I wouldnt buy it....Just because i wouldnt want to DD a car with a roll cage and i would never buy a car with internal work done.

LOL that was clasic. I would say look into it definately. I want a faster street car myself, but as for DD, I dont even drive mine with my mods DD but at the same time I dont want the miles built up on my car, but I do want a faster street car, maybe get it and in a year buy a jalopy as a DD, I drive a 91 park ave as my DD. Post up some numbers and slips if he has them.

if the cam is on the smaller side or mid size then I say go for it. How much are you looking at buying it for.

I bought my car modded... i still get ~25-26 MPG its pretty fine for a DD, i wouldn't want a roll cage in a DD though.

All the people complaining about gas mileage must have a shitty tuner. With a H/C setup and im talking hogged out heads(247cc intake runner) and a very large 24x/24x cam I STILL got 21-22mpg with a 60/40(street/highway) mixed driving. As to if you should buy an already modded car? NEVER. Buy a stock or close to stock car and mod it TO YOUR LIKING, period.
