I was told to open the side doors and stick my hand behind the opening, but I just gently from the front just used pliars and GENTLY pulled them right off. I believe they have plastic clips so do it easy.

Ditto, I used needle nosed pliers and gently pull em out. I never thought of going through the door that might be a bit of a reach.

They just pop right out with a flathead. Just take your time.

You can use a flexible card, like a supermarket savings card, stick it between the body and the vent to release the tabs.

I used the "open the door and stick your hand behind the panel method", very easy. Chrome paint is going to look like **** btw, unless you are getting it professionally painted. If not, go get a pair by muffinbuster on ebay.

What are you taliking about? There is know way you can open the door and put your hand. There's no room. And chrome paint dont look that bad just prime the vent first and do a few coats or you can spend $100 on something that looks like it belongs on a honda.

Yeah, I suppose it is impossible even though I did it along with several others on this site. Chrome spray paint looks grey every time I've seen it on here and anytime in real life. Also, I'm not sure what you were trying to imply with your Honda comment considering you painted your vents as well.

Mine look chrome. And everyone asked were i got the chrome vents and i tell them there sprayed. So i dont know where the gray comes in. Maybe your using gray paint.

And i also went out to my car and tryed to get my hand in there with no luck.

And the honda thing is because i have seen them up close and they look nasty. Id rather save $100 for a better looking mod.

Alright lets just drop it as it is a idiotic thing to squabble over. However, let me clear this up for future reference: just because you seemingly cannot do something does not mean it cannot be done. Take that into account next time you feel the need to dismiss something.

Flathead.
