im thinking about changing games to the pony world of the new mustangs, not sure yet. the LSx engines are great, just want to try something else

Where im at i can ride around all night and MAYBE see 3 Fbodys all night and see a mustang about every 5-10 minutes ATLEAST. Given most of the Mustangs are 6's, they still count.

Here in San Diego, F cars are becoming scarce, especially the Pontiacs. Mustangs really ARE everywhere. Remember that back in the day Mustangs outsold both F cars combined, which is why they don't make 'em anymore...

Give me a ******* break man. I live in a town that has 40,000 people in it and there's loads of F-bodies. Hell, my friend owns three, 2 WS6s and 1 SS. Everyone from kids in high school to middle-aged women are running around in V8 F-bodies here. I see lots of F-bodies everywhere I go. No offense meant, that's just how it is and this is a small town, I can't even imagine a big city.

Some of you people crack me up. They're about as rare as a windy day in Kansas...

EDIT: 4 in the entire New Bedford, Massachusetts area?

That's some funny ****. Do like 10 people live there?

I saw a lot of these posts about Fbodies being rare, but picked yours. Around where I live, they're 4 Red 02 Trans Am WS6s running around. Not to mention about another 30-40 other V8 lt1/ls1 whips on the streets that I have seen in the last 3months. Oh yeah, did I mention my town has only 40,000 people. These cars are not rare. Maybe if we were talking about a ferrari or even a ls7 Z06, but even then, we have a few where I live. The only reason you see so many Mustangs around is because they actually sell... I remember seeing somewhere that they sold over 100k more units and sometimes up to 150k more than fbodies combined. I would say that alone would make them uncommon. It is probably from this knowledge that they were discontinued...

It's stupid to compare ONLY WS6's to the entire mustang line. If you want to do that you should compare either all the models of each car, or specific models (such as WS6s vs. Cobras).
