Most aluminum wheels are around 80 ft/lbs torque. Also a good idea to retorque 'em after about 100 miles when you install new wheels.

It's 100 ft/lbs. Like badjuju said though, retorque them after a few miles. I do mine once a week.

Okay, so I had my tires rotated on Thursday and the guy who did it put one of the black caps on the nuts wrong and it ended up popping off. Do you guys think I should replace it or go ahead and replace all the lug nuts? If I should go ahead and replace all the lug nuts, what type do you recommend purchasing and where can I get them from?

You could do some chrome lugs. They look really good with chrome rims.
