Well, here's the deal, let's say I have $2000 sitting around, and I want to put it towards the car(see sig)... what would you do with it performance wise? btw, after this $2000 is gone, it's prolly not gonna have much else done to it, maybe a couple little things down the line, but nothing else major.
I was thinking Cam, headers, and tune. Or something like that. I definitely want a tune.

^^^Ditto. Save up a little more and turbo that thing. I wouldn't run high psi until you get new pistons and rods though. I haven't had experience with turboing T/A's so there's a high possibility I'm wrong, but I have heard a lot of guys saying the LS1 pistons and rods aren't really good enough to handle too much boost.
Edit: Whatever you do, make sure you have enough money left over to dyno tune. All those modifications don't mean **** if your car doesn't know what the deal is.

Don't even think about FI. No way unless you tripple your money.
Stay NA or maybe spray it.
Definitly headers, cam, head, and tune. Then see how much you have left over and put a stall and some suspension on it.

those all sound like a good idea, I can do most bolt ons by myself, but anything else I'd have to have someone else do. anyone know what it would cost me if I had cam, stall, and tune done? (including parts)
