I wouldnt trade it in for value though.I would sell it privately and use the cash to get the C6.Youll get shafted by trading it in.

Ha... If your buying the vette for stait line speed then just keep your car and mod it. The Corvette isnt about dragracing, its a track car, that can handle and brake very well.

Your car probably runs low 13's, high 12's I would imagine??? The C6's are capable of mid-low 12's stock, I think one guy with a completely stock auto went 12.2 at like 112 or something crazy like that. There is much more potential with a C6 and the ride will be so much more refined. Now if you are going to go into debt, it is not worth it because when it comes down to it, it is just a car. You don't want to be "that guy" that gets his car repossessed, do you?

As in the longtubes, y pipe and catback he mentioned? Unless there's quite a bit more done it's going to be more than a "tad" of difference.

it will be enough to feel it, thats what you should know, plus my God they are nice, get a black one with Z06 rims. I would never sell my f-bod, not cause of value but sentimental reasons, but if I were to a C6 or C6 Z06 would be a damn good reason, plus they sound great and love japonese take-out

With your mods it is going to feel like a HUGE difference, like your car with heads cam intake gears stall, at least. Check out my mods in my sig. The Vette is so much faster than my TA. I do want my TA to be a screaming street car and the Vette to be a tame stock beast with maybe exhaust. If you get the C, I really love the rims I got, C6Z06ers. Ill post some pics if you want. You will love the C. But man, I would have trouble letting go of the Camaro.
