I currently have a 1991 pontiac formula firebird. it has a 305tbi engine with an automatic transmission. its really really SLOW! The car only has 120k miles and is in really good condition. my question to you is...... should I sell it for a 4th gen camaro/firebird ? A part of me wants to sell it and make a nice down payment on a 4th gen 4-8 thousand. The other part of me wants to keep it until i am old and gray. but then it would make it a lot harder to buy my 4th gen. what do you guys think? and what would you do in this situation? I really really want a 4th gen

I had a 91 Camaro Rs and started to put aftermarket parts on it to make it faster. Well after getting about 5k into it in performance and new interior and not getting anywhere. I decide to sell it and get a Black on Black 02 Trans Am WS6. I'm really happy with my decision. I would say get the 4th gen. and don't look back.

i thought about engine swap but then i also need: tranny, rear end that wont blow up, suspension mods... and what not. It is also a bitch doing a lsx swap in a 3rd gen
