hey man, i know this prolly isnt the time to ask, but you still have the ls6 intake for sale? As far as your dilemma goes, its a pretty big deal, id bring it to a lawyer and see what they think

I would say go and take legal action against the Tow Truck company for your damages. You have A report, and the operator had fairwarning to stop.

No, your insurance companys have lawyers which should be able to seek out justice to moronic tow truck drivers and a cop that didnt give a damn.

Because it wouldnt be your fault, it would be on their company's insurance since it was their fault.

This is true. You'll be fine and you'll get your car back in shape. All he did was cause you asspain in getting this figured out.

if you file with your insurance they should go after the tow company, the tow company should have insurance as well, that would take care of it. i had mine picked up after it was stolen, saw plastic from the grill on the ground in front of it at the impound yard, they claimed they diddnt do it, and my battery was stolen, they claimed someone climbed an smooth iron 8 ft. fence with a 40 lb. battery. just be curtiuos to the owner and you will have better luck i got pissed off and yelled at the guy so i got jacked good luck

exactly you may be out your deductible for a lil bit but your insurances lawyers will get that back to you and maybe some extra and you get your car fixed where you want and how you want, plus your companies lawyers will do all the work.

You may be able to bring up pictures of the exhaust from w/e GMMG dealer you got it from and then match it w/ the pictures of it all bent up on your car. Also if you paid for it with credit card they should have it on file somewhere, but who knows how that will pan out. Best bet would be to bring pictures.
