Default 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1 engine Freeze plug

I have a freeze plug leaking on the cylinder head, drivers side of my 3.1 engine.
Is there an easy way to remove them and install the new one?

has that 3.1 had intake gaskets? is it still running dexcool?
