Default talk some sense into me

I am looking at buying a 1998 Red Trans Am with 135k miles. Blue book is right around 7k. Original female owner, 100% stock, clean title, new tires and brakes, no issues at all. She only wants $3000. Would i be an idiot not to take this? I am selling my last car becuase i really want a 6spd, but i feel like i would be retarded not to jump all over this. I was thinking i could get this and if i still really want a 6spd maybe trade for an ls1 or lt1 6spd?

I hate you lol. That's slightly less than I paid for my v6 camaro that needed (still needs) work!

Makes me wonder if something major is wrong that isn't readily visible...

Buy it and sell it for a profit, as long as you are sure it doesn't have something major wrong with it.

If you are worried about hidden mechanical issues take it to a mechanic you trust, they rarely charge more than hours time for a good look over, money well spent. Or just give me her phone #.
