You might be able to take it a little bit lower because of the year and mileage. First time I've seen those rims on a TA and I kind of like it.

Not a whole lot of info on the car. I would do some sniffing around. Test drive and try to find any evidence of a wreck or damage and expose any obvious flaws. You could probably get him down to 7 if everything checks out and you still want the car.

Find out why the car has SS rims on it and not WS6 rims. I would also have a mechanic look at the car prior to buying it.

i like the SS 10 spokes.

i think the price is fair to high... i think it could be had for less. i got my 98 black t/a 6 spd for 9200 with 76k. i've since added a hood, wheels and badge and have about 10 into the car..... so basically i got that exact car M6 in better condition with 50k less miles for 2k more.
