Hey guys whats this car worth do you think

-1998 Black z28 95000 miles Non power, grey interior,no cruise
-no motor or trans was a 6 sp car
-All the body is good except one fender, hood and bumper, radiator, and grille
- it has 3 good chrome SS wheels W decent tires
oh yeah and the bags and windshield are gone
- he also sold the rear seats and one front seat out of it

What is this car worth? What could you get outta parting it out?

He wants $600 for it with the wheels and $500 without the wheels
