Ok the other morning I went to go to work and jumped in the TA. Went to crank it and it turned and fired and stalled. I think I didn't hold the key long enough. But anyways, I tried again and nothing. I hear one click and then a spinning sound I think is the starter. Engine is not turning. IT is not a rapid clicking like the battery is dead. You hold the key and hear that spinning/Buzzing sound. I am trying to decide if the starter is bad or maybe it is not lined up right. 2 days before we had the car jacked up and were thinking about doing the engine mounts. While under there we were looking at the starter, but didn't do anything to it. Would it be possible the something might have gotten messed up just by lifting the car? But the car ran fine the day after. I have a feeling it has something to do with the half crank that happend right before it stopped cranking. Any help would be nice. Oh and it is 98 TA 5.7
