ok i've seen this on a few camaros but not sure what it is but it looks tight lol, some guys have the part just above the back bumper of there camaro blacked out, is this a vinyl or are they taking this pecie out and painting it? thanks

Most guys paint it. Its the same as the CETA mod on a T/A.
