Mod #1 = Smaller signature.

Sub-frame connectors I would say.

sub frame connectors, and suspension mods like lca, springs, strut tower bars, etc.. that way when you get the power you can put it to the ground

Signature still too big. DRs are a good way to break your 10 Bolt.

the rear is crap, m6 or a4. you being an a4 will need a 12 bolt w/ DRs, unless you want to break that 10 bolt first of course.

and i know its not on your list but if you arent too concerned about passing emissions, go X pipe with True Duals w/ some bullets. thats what i am going to do, sounds great and youll get a nice chunk of hp over a cat back.

A chance I wouldn't take. Get something like MT streets if grip is that big to you. However, I highly recommend some good suspension first. At least get a torque arm and some LCA's.

10 bolts take abuse far longer in an a4. im betting you'll be good for a long time with DR's.

Don't worry about the 10 bolt. You are light years away from breaking it as long as you don't wheel hop or have really bad luck. I know guys in the 10's with 1.4-1.5 60's still running 10 bolts behind autos. I myself have been running 1.6x 60's for over two years with my stock 10 bolt. Just make sure you preload the drivetrain before you launch. 1000-2000 rpm brake stall will help minimize the shock to the drivetrain.

Now that said, what you really need is a torque converter. A 3400-3800 stall with tranny cooler and drag radials will make you very happy. It will take you out of the 13's and put you well in the 12's. Plus it makes the car way more fun on the street. Look at my sig and notice the nice low 12's with no suspension mods what so ever. Mickey Thompson Street Radials on stock rims @ 20 psi and a 5 second burnout = 1.6x - 1.7x 60's

My buddy with spray made 387 rwhp on a 100 shot and he dead hooks spraying out of the hole with Mickey Thompsons on stock rims and with 100% stock suspension. Under 400 rwhp does not need suspension to hook. You just need the right tires. 400+ rwhp and then I would start looking to do a torque arm, LCA'a and SFC.

My vote is Sub-frames then the LS6 manifold. After that complete the driveline (LCAs, Torque Arm, Panhard Rod). You will need atleast a LS6 manifold for any cam to be happy with the numbers regardless if you get heads. Do not get DRs unless you feel like shelling out about $2500 bucks for a better rear, it won't break the first time at the track. But it will not last very long and will leave you wondering why you put money into tires when that could have been put towards a rear instead. There is a reason every one is saying get a rear, hell I've broke my 10 bolt twice on somewhat stock power.

Well if you're wanting quicker ET's you should get some good DR's, and start on your suspensions...lca's, torque arm, etc.

I have about the same mods you have and ran the same times last time I was at the track (2 years ago). I just added an LS6 intake and I'm getting a tune soon, but some more suspension stuff and a stall and DR's are also on my list. I say you can't really go wrong with anything on your list. I would add a stall to your list and get that before adding a mild cam though.

Go with the DR's first, ive pulled many 1.8 60', high 3 sec 0-60 with my ET streets on the stock rear and its an M6. Your rear should hold up to it unless your very unlucky. I've heard of many stalled A4's with DR's that pull a constant 1.6 or faster 60' with no problems. After that I'd say a stall and SFC's, 2 point will be fine for straight line performance.
