My homemade JAAM kit... I had some free time this weekend, so I decided to build my own JAAM kit... I had some spare parts left from my LT1, so after looking around I found something that would work nicely. If you look at the following diagram, #22 is what I used:
It's made of some kind of hard plastic, so It was kind of easy to cut it
It took me around an hour to finish it and I'm sure I could do better the next time cause I cut a bit too much on one of the holes in the middle... anyways, here is the BEFORE picture:
And here is the AFTER:
I think it looks much better than having that open space, even if it doesn't give me any power
Now I just have to finish building the seal for the ram air system
I'll post some pictures later...

I've cut up that same piece to make other parts as well
