Default My homemade JAAM kit...

I had some free time this weekend, so I decided to build my own JAAM kit... I had some spare parts left from my LT1, so after looking around I found something that would work nicely. If you look at the following diagram, #22 is what I used:

It's made of some kind of hard plastic, so It was kind of easy to cut it It took me around an hour to finish it and I'm sure I could do better the next time cause I cut a bit too much on one of the holes in the middle... anyways, here is the BEFORE picture:

And here is the AFTER:

I think it looks much better than having that open space, even if it doesn't give me any power

Now I just have to finish building the seal for the ram air system I'll post some pictures later...

I've cut up that same piece to make other parts as well

That looks good, and for free you can't beat it.

Wow, great idea! That definitely cleans up the underhood look ALOT.

And now you're less likely to lose your tools down there, too.

Agreed, I can't tell you how many tools have slipped into the darkness there.

Looks very good from that angle compared to stock. What's your thoughts on how much or little hp gain, or is it strictly a cosmetic piece?

Default Part number?

Does anyone have a part number for the mod above? How much does it cost? Where is the best place to buy a part like that or the JAAM WS6 Ram air kit?
