ac box messed up

ac box messed up my ac will only come out my floor and defrost vents. On max it comes out floor and on floor and face it comes out defrost and floor anyone know what is wrong?

have you done any work on your intake lately? Theres a vacuum tube that goes from the back of the intake to the control panel. All the vents are vacuum operated. It sounds like you have a vacuum leak or your switch in the control panel that directs vacuum is effed up.
