Get an OBDII scan. Why? I have had O2 sensors fail and those symptoms were what I had, but I got no codes ever. This happened twice in the past 10 years.
OBDII was the only tool that found the problem. My PCM also does not show a code (SES) when my Crank Shaft Position sensor failed or when my MAF failed. Go figure.

Found this in the service manual under P0102:
Any un-metered air may cause this DTC to set. Inspect for the following:
An engine vacuum leak
The PCV system for vacuum leaks
An incorrect PCV valve
The engine oil dip stick not fully seated
The engine oil fill cap loose or missing
I've read a vacuum leak will cause it to run poorly so maybe take a close look at that.Just a thought.
