TCS off
Ever since I've had my TA, the traction control has been stuck off. I've had it where maybe once or twice the button will light up when I turn on the electrical, but after I start the car, it goes off again and remains unlit.
My first question, is it even worth fixing?
And if so, what does it sound like the issue is?

If it is actually off you should have a warning light on the dash that says TCS off. The light you are asking about, do you mean the little light on the switch or the warning light on the dash/instrament panel?
The little panel by the cig lighter where the TCS switch is just pops off. Pry it off gently and see if it's fully plugged in.
I bought the reverse switch for mine that plugs in behind the stock switch. Keeps it off until I turn the switch on. The dash light stays lit saying TCS off though. But if you bought the car you wouldn't find the reverse switch until you looked for it behind the panel button.
Maybe a previous owner disabled the switch.

I didn't explain too well... my problem is the traction control is stuck off. I can't turn it back on. So the dash is ALWAYS lit up with "TCS off". The little button won't even light up unless I have my headlights on.

Pop the little panel where the actual switch is off and see if what you find. I'll bet the switch has been by-passed instead of just buying the reverse switch. That's why your button doesn't work.
