Default Cant sea foam :[

So the guide says to disconnect the brake booster line and pour the sea foam down with a funnel. Thing is, my car won't even start with the line disconnected! What's going wrong?

I tried that, and it instantly dies when I disconnect the hose.

Sounds like you got another vacuum leak going on... check all your hoses

So don't do it that way. Take the grommet plug out of the drivers side valve cover and just pour it down that way, thats how I do it.

Mine did the same thing when I seafoamed. It wouldn't stay running with brake booster hose disconnected. I had to give it some light throttle to keep it running (kept it at around 1-1.5k) but it sounded like I had a wicked cam in it. Had to have someone give it a little throttle as I poured the sea foam in the hose.

I used the smaller vacuum hose port on the right side the of intake going to a check valve, I plugged the hose then attached another longer hose to the port and just dipped the other end in to the can of seafoam. No messing with funnels or anything. Everytime the car sounded like it was going to die Id just back out the hose from the can. This was on my LT1 FYI

Or you can pinch off the booster line so only a small amount of air gets through, that's how I did it.
