Default Window motors

Anyone buy window motors off ebay?? Are they worth the small amount of money they cost? Any issues I should know about before I install new ones?
Thanks for you input.

I bought a couple cheap ones off ebay, one for me and one for a friend. Both worked but were noisey. I'd get them locally from a parts store with a lifetime warranty.

They're like $50 from a local parts store. I'd do that just for the convenience of being able to return one.

And you can get 2 for the price of one at a local parts palace.

They aren't bad, just make sure your regulator is moving freely or you'll kill the new motor.
