Default Need help - Not your usual abs inop / asr off lights

Ok so my buddies car was fine, we did a BUNCH of **** over a year ago and one of the things was a new 12 bolt. The abs inop and asr off lights came on and we just didnt care.

Fast forward to today, hes trying to put it back to stock to drive this winter. Hes still got the lights with the stock rearend back in the car.

Hes getting only 3 codes, RR LR and RF sensors arent working according to HPTuners. HOWEVER no matter what we unplug it stays those 3. So even if we unplug all 4, same 3 codes. Then I start pulling fuses and same codes, nothing different until I get to one of the smaller abs ones and then the pcm throws no codes regarding brakes, so I realize that stops the abs controller from communicating.

Also these are NOT the problems....
Brake reservoir is filled
3rd Brake light is fine
nothings wrong with the rear harness, we tried replacing it
all grounds are good
nothings frayed/cut

We have NO problem what else could be going on. The car has had the carpet removed and I was wondering if something couldnt of gone wrong there because the wires by the rearend do go inside the car and run under the carpet.

Anyways any advice you guys can give me would be much apprecaited!

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a problem internal to the EBCM...
