Default Power driver seat issue

Ok I just bought a 1998 Formula LS1, The drivers seat is a powered one but when I push one of the buttons to move it nothing happens, the passager seat power works. I checked all the fuses and they all were fine. I checked under the seat and saw all of the wires were connected but also did notice corrosion on the out side of them.

Could this be a wiring problem, ground wire or possibly the corrosion?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advanced

Not sure on the birds, but the camaro drivers seat and rear defroster are on the same circuit BREAKER (defog/seats) and get weak over time. If your defroster isn't working at the same time I'd try putting a 30 AMP fuse in it temporarily to test it, that'll eliminate the breaker at least.

I have the same issue with my 2000 t/a. If I use the rear defroster, it will shut off and then the driver's seat doesn't work either. It is deffinitely the breaker since it will 'reset' after some time.
