wierd and frustrating. I just installed some HID's last night and when they get to their brightest point my window motor start making a growling noise. After abount 20 seconds they go up about 3 inches and then go back down. When i turn the lights off the noise goes away. Has anyone had this problem? By the way I have a 2000 LS1 SS!
