Low RPM hesitation / stutter after car warms up
Like the title says, I have a hesitation under acceleration in the 1500-2500 RPM range. It only starts up a minute or so after the car reaches normal operating temperature. I've tried cleaning the MAF, replacing the fuel filter, and replacing the O2 sensors. I don't have cats, so they're not clogged. Any ideas on what would cause this only after the car warms up?

If it only happens when you warm up, I'd suggest checking the coolant temperature sensor: http://www.wellsmfgcorp.com/pdf/Counterpoint2_2.pdf or the Idle Air Temperature sensor.
