my brother has a v6 02 camaro. the car has been fine until this morning. during 1st gear from a stop the car feels like a dog and the check engine light comes on and off. what can it be? we changed the plugs and wires and nothing.. it's an automatic, 88k miles, stock everything. thanks for the input.. please help!!!

If the engine light is flashing during throttle, it means misfire. Check to make sure that your spark plug wires weren't damaged or that they weren't loosely plugged on.
