Default My daily driver truck with 12000miles runs idles like crap. Have a dealer question

I have a 2006 silverado with the 6L vortec max engine. Truck has 11878miles on it. Engine idles like it has a cam with broken motor mounts. It is totally unacceptable. I took it in and they said that it idled like a vortec max normally does. I disagreed and they would not look any further because there were no codes. Car is still under warranty and I cannot deal with the idle any more.

What approach should I take to get this taken care of? Something is wrong.

You could sell that motor to me for cheap and buy a new one from the dealer.

That's a lot of miles for an '06. Did you check the motor & tranny mounts? I'd give it a full tune-up - plugs, wires, air filter, oil change - and then sell it to me.... I mean and then see if it runs any better.

The car has 12,000 miles.. not 120,000.
