Default Grinding from front when turning left.

Several months ago I hit one of those large rocks in somebodys yards (I swear I wasnt drinking) I hit it with the right front which shredded my tire and caused some right side body damage. I replaced the tire and stuff but when I turn the wheel to the left over 10 MPH I hear a sound like metal grinding from the front. It does not do it if I turn right or if I bearly turn left. One of my friends said I may have damaged a dust cover near the brakes or something like that.

I am taking it to the shop this week but kinda wanted to get some of your opinions.

Thanks!
