Default Clunk when shifting (m6)

I'm not sure what part isn't right, but I have this clunk I get when I let the clutch out. It happens on take off, and shifting. The noise is from the center of the car, sometimes the back. I'm not sure what part of the car isn't right, because my LT1 firebird didn't have this issue.
