Default Why my turn signals stay lit up on dash??

My left and right turn signals stay lit up when i use them. The green arrow on the gauges stays on and the lights from outside also stay lit up but dont flash. Also, when i turn on my hazards lights, the rear taillights flash but the front ones dont?

Is there something wrong with my front turn signal bulbs or socket? Or would it be a flasher problem? I looked underneath the steering wheel for the flasher but couldnt find it, just found the one for the hazards which i heard "clicking" when they were on. Any help would be appreciated guys, thanks!

The flasher for the turn signals is on the left side under the dash, hidden by a "wall" right beside where the fuse box runs. Should be clipped in place like the one for the hazards. Also, it may be the sockets for the front turn signals. Both of mine went out at the exact same time about a month ago. Check the bulbs, then the flasher, and then the sockets.

if theres corrosion in the socket, you need to change the socket

sounds like a ground, could be as far as the taillight harness, but I've seen it traced down to a bad ground before.
