High torque starter

High torque starter
Sorry I know this isn't an ls1 question but I need help. I am installing a high torque starter on a 427 vette. The High torque starter only has 2 hook ups large post and small slot. The original starter used a three post system. One large two small slots (ignition and starter). How do I hook up the wiring for the new starter? Do both wires go on the one slot or do I leave a wire out?

can you post the make/model of start or a good picture of your starter?
there's a few ways they can work, whether or not there is a remote solenoid you may need to leave a wire off.
but usually there will be a solenoid on the starter, and it will have 2 large studs for electrical. One stud will already have a heavy wire from it going into the rear of the starter, you don't touch this one. The other large stud is where you connect the heavy gauge cable coming from the battery to feed power to the starter. The small stud on the solenoid is for the wire coming from the ignition key when in the start position.
