Cleaning throttle body

Cleaning throttle body have a 99 exploder, well hasnt yet anyway, and when i try cleaning the throttle body it keeps shooting out black stuff, ive already used 2 cans and it still does.. i tried to seamfoam through the pcv valve and it still shoots out black stuff after i spray the throttle body. it`ll be somewhat clean after i empty a can in it but after a few days it`ll take 2 or 3 attempts to start
