Default maint. and fix ticking noise help

Ok I have a 02 z with under 60k on the car. I just want some ideas on what I should replace to keep up with the cars maint. I have already done the PCV sys, plugs, wires, fuel filter. anything else that im missing.

now for the real problem.

Lately I have been noticing a ticking coming from the d/s of the car. Its really load from the wheel well and not as bad with the hood popped. Could it be lifters? pushrods? any ideas. I run 10w30 mobile1 oil and change it every 2500 - 3000. and it ticks faster as rpms go up.

My car used to do the same thing. I see you have headers. Check the gasket. That's all it was on my car...

IT was a combination of the headers and a loose spark plug
