Question quick question?

the ither day in the bottom left hand part the the instrument cluster a light came on and it says abs inop. What does that mean i dont have a manual so i cant look in there. does it mean my abs is inoperable?

yes, it could be for many reasons. Bad sensor, cut/burnt/disconnected wire, fuse, or even a low battery charge.

most likely a bad wheel speed sensor

ok thanx. i just had sum work done to my car so i figured mayb they had forgot to hook my censor back up but also my battery is about shot so that could also be the reason.

Does it come on after you've been driving or does it come on when you start the car up? If its the first one, then I'd say you have two different size front and back wheels.

i kno i have the same size wheels but it comes on right when i start taking off or moving from the parked position.

I had two different size wheels and it wouldn't come on until I hit 53mph.

Probably a bad or unplugged sensor. I'm not sure if it will have a code or not.
