Default Missed a shift and now car misfires

I went to our local drag strip and I managed to do a 3 to 2 shift and now the car misfires on the back two cylinders on both sides. Checked the pushrods and they arent bent. All eight coils are firing also. I have no idea what the problem could be.

I would think it would be a good idea to do a compression leak down test. If it is a misfire it is air spark or fuel if you checked and all 8 coils are firing it could be the plugs instead or the wires are burnt. My guess would be it isn't a misfire but a bent valve or a bad lifter just my .02 hope this helps
