Default not your ordinary headlight problem

Well a while back my headlight motors went out in my 99' T/A (like the normally do). Before i replaced the motors, my low beams went out. I replaced the bulbs and the lows will still not work (highs work fine). Next I put two new AC Delco motors in. When the job was done i flip the headlights on, the right one comes up but the left won't and on top of that my lows will still not work. I'm really at a loss especially since i'm not that great at electrical troubleshooting. Any advice would help.
