Default Extremely hard to drive from rev/1st gear. Help

When trying to reverse and go from a dead stop i have to give the trans alot of gas, takes around 2400 rpm to get it moving and the car kinda shakes as its getting up to speed, but once it shifts to 2nd it drive perfectly normal.

Any ideas? I just put a Yank 3000 stall in it about 3 weeks ago, and this is the first time its acting up like this. It drove like stock before this happened.

EDIT UPDATE: Driving around i lost 2,3 and 4 but I have 1st and reverse...WTF is going on here?

Would that cause the same thing to happen to rev also?

I dont have a budget to buy/get one built. I need to find a cheap on or sell the car since its my daily driver.
