easiest way to change fog lights?

Hey guys whats the easiest way to change ur fog lights, and also adjust them? Go down from the top? or remove the air dam? Thanks

stick ur hand down the headlight gap under the hood, so yes, down from top

My hand and arm fit right down in front of the windshield washer tank. Plenty of room, easy as pie. And my arm isn't small. Trans Am anyway. Maybe the Camaro is different up there.
