Default AC not as cool as can be. Recently serviced...

I had a leak in the schrader valve, so I replaced it. Vacuumed the system and added some high mileage r134 to the proper pressure. The air blows okay somewhat cold, but I know it should be better.

Should I try replacing some components?
Or try the synthetic 134's?

Anyone have some insight.

Blue section on the Gauge manifold set.
~ 45 psi of pressure for the 134.

What the hell are you comparing? You are being faaaaar to general, zero detail. Let me help:

What is the outside temp and humidity at time of test?
vs.
What is the output temp at the center vent? Take this after 5-10 minutes of cool down time.

What is the delta between the two? This will tell you the relative performance of the system.

As long as the magical gauges are in the "blue" it should blow ice cubes.

Come on, really?
