Dorman Window motor doesn't line up exactly?

Dorman Window motor doesn't line up exactly? Trying to replace my window motor and the Dorman unit isn't lining up exactly with the stock housing on the regulator.. 1 of 3 bolts fits fine, the other 2 are going to required some metal massaging to make it fit on either the motor side or the regulator side of the deal..
Has anyone else experienced this?
