Default Car seems slower than it should be?

I have a full bolt on '99 Z28 that appears to be down about 30rwhp. It doesn't feel sluggish or have any ignition problems, but it definitely doesn't feel as fast as it should be. The car only puts half a car on a stock '00 SS car.

Any ideas? I don't have any weird noises or ticking sounds... I'm really baffled. The Throttle cable is opening fully.

It was tuned with EFI Live about 4 years ago. Is it time for a retune or something?

Could be a dozen things.

A PCM tune doesn't go away or change on its own.

Car is an A4 and the SS is a bone stock M6 vert with a handheld tune. Technically, I should have roughly about 30 more horses than him with my mods. Not to mention the car just overall feels slower than it should.

I'm really stumped on what it could be or what the possibilities are.

He's probably not stock if he's got a handheld tuner in the car, don't even know what that can do for him.

Also, 30 more HP doesn't do much more than half a car length.

Did you raced him from a dig or from a roll? If it was from a roll than I can see him hanging with you. Mainly cause A4's suck from a roll, and you could have been in a dead spot.

The guy is a friend. I know for a fact it is 100% stock down to the paper air filter. We ran from a dig only up to 85mph. The car is missing power somewhere... it just feels slower than it used to. I have Full exhaust, LS6 intake, P&P TB, Lid, thermo, SSRA, free mods, plugs and wires, suspension and 305 drag radials on him. I should have beat him much more than half a car. Not to mention his is a vert and he has a couple hundred pounds on me.

Houston Texas. The nation's worst place when it comes to humidity. 115% today.

Either way I should have beat this SS with no problems....

Lookin over a couple things and I pulled the MAF and this is what it looks like:

I'm not sure if this is causing such a dramatic loss in power, but I cleaned it with MAF cleaner and it's drying as we speak.
