Default tailight issues, any ideas???

So I have a 96 T/A and the pass side bulbs are very dim and go out when I have the running lights on and press on the breaks. The drivers side is very bright and works as it should. The bulb sockets on the drivers side were changed by the previous owner to use a 3057 wedge style bulb. The pass. side is still on the original style round socket 2057 bulb. The lights work good when the running lights are off, of course the pass side is still very dim though.
Also the drivers side blinks at a normal speed but the pass side is reaaallly slow, like an old *** truck. lol

The bulb on the passenger side may be upside-down. Pull the bulb out, rotate it 180 degrees and plug it back in. See if that helps.

I tried that and they were just as dim and acted the same. I even tried jumping a wire from the drivers side to the pass side and they acted the same. I'm thinking its b/c of the turn signal relay.
